REDEVELOPMENT Insignia Homes is the custom home leader in redeveloping properties in West and Northern Michgian. Often times properties in the most desirable areas, be they in towns or on lakes, contain homes that are in disrepair or the floorplans and spaces are no longer functional for todays buyers. These type of sites justify and require a tear down. Typically these properties are in close proximity to other parcels and as such great care needs to be taken to meet all the needs of our clients while working with the local municipality and the neighbors to insure good relations and great products. Special care must also be taken in the actual demolition of the structure as well as in the elevations, grading and construction of the new building.
